Mac App Goodness: Visor
From Blacktree, Inc. of Quicksilver fame, comes Visor. So simple it's ridiculous, Visor is a sort of sticky terminal which runs as a SIMBL plugin. Available through a hot-key, it slides down from the menu bar, giving you access to a terminal window.
